Important Notice

Please read these disclaimers carefully before engaging Clear Build services. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Conceptual Deliverables Only

All Clear Build deliverables are conceptual in nature. Our schematic designs, floor plans, 3D visualizations, and other materials are intended for visualization and planning purposes only. They are not construction documents and should not be used for building without further development by appropriate licensed professionals.

Not for Construction or Permit

Our deliverables are not intended for direct construction useor permit applications. Construction documents require additional detail, engineering calculations, and often professional stamps that are beyond our scope of services.

No Stamped Drawings Provided

Clear Build does not provide stamped or sealed drawings. Allisa has completed most of the Architect Registration Examination (ARE) but has not pursued full licensure. For projects requiring licensed architect services, we can provide referrals to qualified professionals.

Field Verification Required

All dimensions, conditions, and assumptions in our deliverables requirefield verification before any construction begins. Site conditions may differ from what is represented in our conceptual designs. It is the client's responsibility to verify all information on-site.

Permits and Code Compliance

Permits and code compliance are the responsibility of others.Clear Build does not guarantee that designs will meet local building codes, zoning requirements, or obtain permits. Clients must work with their contractors and local authorities to ensure compliance.

Note: Many home renovations do not require architectural stamps or permits. We can advise on typical scenarios, but final determination rests with your local jurisdiction.

Professional Licensure Status

Allisa holds M.Arch and B.Arch degrees from the University of Colorado Denver and has extensive professional experience. She has completed most of the ARE but has chosen not to pursue full architectural licensure at this time. This does not affect the quality of conceptual design services but does limit the types of documents we can provide.

Limitation of Scope

Our services are limited to conceptual schematic design. We do not provide:

  • Construction administration
  • Structural engineering
  • MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) design
  • Permit expediting
